Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Agency Manager to join our team in Vadodara. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our agency channel and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agency Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of insurance agents; Mentor and coach agents to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities; Establish and maintain strong relationships with agents to foster loyalty and collaboration.
  • Business Growth: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for the assigned territory; Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration; Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints; Promote a culture of excellent customer service among the agency team; Build strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including policy issuance, renewals, and claims processing; Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies; Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate the agency team to achieve peak performance; Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to foster professional growth; Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance sales and distribution, particularly in motor, health, or other general insurance products. They should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others. Excellent organizational and time management skills are also essential.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹15-20 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
