We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Education Sales Counselor to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for counseling walk-in and telephonic inquiries, providing guidance on our courses and products, and making calls to applicants who have expressed interest in our services.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical ability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. You should also be innovative, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, we value candidates who can demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counseling walk-in and telephonic inquiries
  • Providing guidance on our courses and products
  • Making calls to applicants who have expressed interest in our services
  • Managing day-to-day activities at the center to ensure consistent performance and profitability
  • Ensuring timely delivery of services and streamlining processes to improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Experience of at least 1 year in counseling and handling sales in the education sector
  • Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and multi-tasking ability
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays
