Senior HXM/BizX/ONB/RMK/LMS Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HXM/BizX/ONB/RMK/LMS Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for delivering scalable and secure SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Implementations
    • Configure and deploy SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Global Benefits, Recruiting, RMK, Onboarding 2.0, and Compensation Variable Pay.
  • Production Support
    • Provide support for production issues across multiple modules.
  • Requirements Gathering
    • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for SuccessFactors deployments.
  • Data Migration
    • Migrate data from legacy systems to SuccessFactors.
  • UAT and Go-Live
    • Coordinate UAT and go-live activities for SuccessFactors deployments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ Years of Experience
    • Experience in end-to-end implementations, configuration, and production support across multiple modules.
  • SuccessFactors Expertise
    • Expertise in Full-cycle SuccessFactors deployments: requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, UAT, and go-live.
  • Business Acumen
    • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong technical skills in SuccessFactors, including RBP design and troubleshooting, Business Rules, MDF objects, workflows, and email notifications.
