Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department at LSC Infratech Limited. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent, planning interview procedures, and hosting career events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Source candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks
- Plan and execute interview procedures, including screening calls and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements

Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
