- **Job Posting & Advertising**:

- Create and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and company website.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice to attract top talent.
- **Interview Coordination**:

- **Hiring Process Management**:

- Assist with offer letter preparation, background checks, and reference checks.
- **Employer Branding**:

- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to enhance the company’s presence.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, applicant conversion rates).
- **Collaboration with Hiring Managers**:

- Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and staffing needs.
- **Compliance & Legal**:

- Ensure the recruitment process complies with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical recruitment practices.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (1-3 years).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Qualification**:

- MBA HR or Relevant qualification.
- 2-3 years of experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)
