**About the role**:

- Managing a volume of end-2-end recruitment across the business functions and seniority levels.
- Building trust and credibility with stakeholders through effective consultation and partnership on every stage of every search.
- Strengthening your business acumen by developing deeper and deeper understanding of the local markets, its specifics and current/future trends. Making recommendations to the business on the most relevant hirings strategies.
- Being a key member of the TA Team and community, contributing to its growth by continuous focus on developing your own capabilities and helping your team-mates to grow and learn with you.
- Leading local and international, often cross-functional future focused projects that will help you develop your leadership competencies.

**About you**:

- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, the more diverse you experience the better In-house, agencies, freelancers, local, international - everyone is welcome.
- Some experience in recruiting in technology space would be a benefit but not required.
- Open mind and high learning agility - we want you to grow fast
- Fluent English and Romanian is a must.
