- Managing a volume of end-to-end recruitment across business functions and seniority levels.
- Building trust and credibility with stakeholders through effective consultation and partnership at every stage of each search.
- Enhancing business acumen by gaining a deep understanding of local markets, specifics, and current/future trends. Providing hiring strategy recommendations to the business.
- Being a key member of the TA Team and community, contributing to its growth by continuously developing your own capabilities and supporting teammates' growth.
- Leading local and international, often cross-functional future-focused projects to enhance leadership competencies.
About you:
- 23 years of talent acquisition experience, diverse experience is valued (in-house, agencies, freelancers, local, international).
- Some exposure to recruiting in the technology sector would be advantageous but not mandatory.
- Open-minded with high learning agility to support rapid growth.
- Proficiency in English and Romanian is required.
