Job Role: We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer to spearhead the visual identity of our direct-to-consumer beauty brand.

This is an opportunity for you to create premium designs that connect with consumers and build brand loyalty across all touchpoints.

You will own the end-to-end design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Lead the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals.
  • Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.
  • Mentor junior designers and freelancers; provide creative direction and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with design, beauty, and D2C trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma/Canva is a bonus.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • The ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
  • A keen eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
