We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our copy team in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Oversee the growth and development of the copy team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel.
- Project Coordination: Conceptualize, visualize, execute, and direct projects, providing innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Quality Assurance: Review copy for assets (print, TVC, radio, mailers, banners, websites) to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all copy aligns with our brand identity and messaging.
- New Business Engagement: Participate actively in pitches and presentations, showcasing capabilities and expertise.
Requirements:
- Strong Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating creative potential, writing capabilities, and conceptual thinking.
- Creative Thinking: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
