Job Description:

A Graphic Design Leader is responsible for spearheading our creative function, bringing innovative ideas to the table, and translating brand visions into impactful visual narratives.

We're seeking a visionary leader who can conceptualize and create captivating designs that align with brand strategy and client objectives. You will collaborate with content, strategy, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative design process for branding, social media, campaigns, and marketing materials.

  • Supervise junior designers and freelancers, providing guidance and feedback.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in a design role, preferably in an agency setup.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital creatives, and campaign design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategy and business goals.
