We are seeking a highly skilled Power Systems Commissioning Specialist to join our team in India or the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, integration, and implementation of ComAp products and kits throughout the region.

The Power Systems Commissioning Specialist will play a key role in pre-commissioning support for Bifuel projects, ensuring that all specifications and expectations are met. Additionally, they will be required to liaise effectively with technical staff, subcontractors, customers, and the Sales team to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • On-site commissioning of ComAp products and kits, particularly Bifuel
  • Planning, scheduling, and delivery of effective and efficient project outcomes
  • Identification, analysis, and management of design issues and other risks that may adversely affect project delivery
  • Ensure clear and accurate documentation of all aspects of projects, including risks
  • Review and evaluation of projects upon installation, with feedback and improvement opportunities reported to key internal stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are fault-free and completed on time and on budget

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including experience in high/medium speed gas/diesel generators commissioning and servicing. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements
  • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
  • 3 or more years' experience in a similar position within the industry
  • Experience in high/medium speed gas/diesel generators commissioning and servicing (minimum 1 year)
  • Knowledge of detailed engine ignition function is an added advantage
  • Advanced computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office suite
