Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Manager
About the Role:
In this key position, you will be responsible for deploying and implementing monitoring solutions to various environments across different geographic locations. This includes gathering requirements from application owners, analyzing those needs, and integrating OneAgent on relevant servers.
Main Responsibilities include working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of monitoring tools like Dynatrace SaaS and Appmon.
The successful candidate will have experience in designing and implementing various software solutions including Dynatrace. Key responsibilities also include collaborating with application teams to understand critical transactions, developing dashboards for the same, and customizing anomaly detection rules and setting up alerting profiles for each application.
PREFERRED SKILLS include knowledge of Python and Node JS, as well as experience with integrating Jenkins with Dynatrace OneAgent.
Other key responsibilities include tool management and administration, troubleshooting with support teams to fix issues faced in applications, and creating zones for each application and assigning respective users.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, One Agent Certification, knowledge of Python and Node JS, experience with integration of Jenkins with Dynatrace OneAgent, good understanding of application performance management tools, and ability to work in a team environment.
