QA Lead Job Description

The QA Lead will oversee quality assurance efforts for web domain projects.

  • Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for web applications.
  • Lead and manage the QA team, including mentoring and providing guidance.
  • Manage testing for high-traffic client sites.
  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
  • Oversee API and performance testing, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Manage the QA team's workload and provide support in resolving issues.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled QA Lead who can oversee our quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have 8 - 10 years of experience in software QA testing, good analytical and logical skills, and relevant work experience in manual testing of Web applications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing test strategies, plans, and processes.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills to lead and manage the QA team.
  • Ability to manage complex quality assurance and test environment challenges and issues.
  • Good understanding of Web and Mobile based projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
