Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our ARC team at Uniqus Consultech Inc.

About the Role:
  • This leadership role will involve working with senior stakeholders to provide technical accounting advice, conduct research, and prepare technical memos.
  • You will be responsible for managing client relationships, mentoring team members, and contributing to business development initiatives.
  • As a key member of our ARC team, you will work on multiple engagements, analyze financial information, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development.
  2. Manage client relationships and act as a point of contact for clients.
  3. Project management: oversee multiple engagements, meet deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of results.
  4. Technical accounting advice: provide guidance on complex accounting issues, conduct research, and prepare technical memos.
  5. Supervise and mentor team members: develop their skills, provide feedback, and support their growth within the organization.
  6. Stay up-to-date on developments in accounting standards and regulations: attend training sessions, read industry publications, and participate in professional networks.
Requirements:
  • Candidate Profile:
  • A qualified CA (Certified Accountant) with 5-9 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong domain knowledge: demonstrate expertise in accounting concepts, GAAP, IFRS, USGAAP, and Ind AS.
  • Excellent project management skills: manage multiple engagements, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Business development skills: contribute to proposal development, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Leadership skills: mentor team members, provide feedback, and support their growth within the organization.
  • Communication skills: effectively communicate complex ideas, write clear and concise reports, and present findings to clients and stakeholders.
