Project Support Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our project management team. This role is ideal for individuals with 6-12 months of experience in coordinating projects and Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating project activities to align with business objectives.
- Facilitate and document scrum meetings, stand-ups, and client discussions to ensure smooth project progress.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and schedules to track project milestones.
- Support project managers in tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation plans to minimize project delays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and project milestones.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to track updates, resolve challenges, and ensure satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, or related field.
- 6-12 months of experience as a Project Coordinator/Associate/Intern in IT, e-learning, or related domains.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project management tools (Confluence, Jira, MS Office).
- Technical understanding of web development, databases, and LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard) is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and work in a team-oriented environment.
