Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to support the implementation and management of research activities for our SecureUS Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating data collection, conducting preliminary data analysis, and collaborating with project staff to facilitate field validation and usability studies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage research activities for the SecureUS Project, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Coordinate and conduct data collection and support preliminary data analysis related to the screenless ultrasound device, maintaining accurate records and reporting progress
  • Collaborate with project staff to facilitate field validation and usability studies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including protocols, consent forms, field notes, and ethics submissions
  • Travel to field sites for on-ground support during project implementation and validation phases, ensuring smooth project execution and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare workers and research staff, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing
  • Monitor project progress, ensure data quality, and support adherence to ethical and regulatory guidelines, maintaining compliance and integrity throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist field teams in troubleshooting issues related to data collection and compliance, providing prompt solutions and ensuring minimal disruption to project activities
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using appropriate statistical software, identifying trends and patterns and presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Conduct literature reviews to support research insights and manuscript development, staying up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field
  • Contribute to research paper writing, report preparation, and presentation development, effectively communicating research findings and recommendations to various audiences
  • Support the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information and maximizing the chances of securing funding

Required Skills and Qualifications

A MBBS, BDS, AYUSH or equivalent degree in a relevant medical or clinical field is required. Additional qualifications such as MPH, PhD, or specialization in Public Health, Epidemiology, or Clinical Research are highly desirable.
