Job Description:

The quality assurance specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of eLearning content.

eLearning Content Development:

Multiversity develops eLearning content for various organizations, including one of the world's largest Digital Literacy Mission under Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (MKCL).

The courses include titles like IT Literacy, Adobe Suite, Financial Accounting, Desktop Publishing, Web Designing, 2D Animation, Video Editing, Scratch programming, etc.

These courses are created to empower citizens, making them job-ready.

Multiversity has developed these courses in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Marathi, Oriya, Kannada, Telugu, Arabic, Malay, and Sinhalese.

Multiversity also develops customer eLearning solutions, helping organizations bridge the gap between learner potential and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine user requirements for systems in production, ensuring maximum usability.
  • Verify quality and accuracy of eLearning courses regarding audio, transcript, visuals, timing, interactivities, browsers, player menu items, and LMS testing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Master degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience.
