Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee and optimize advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and refining Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) strategies to drive scalable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Meta Ads strategies for e-commerce brands.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency.
  • Identify and test new audience segments, bidding strategies, and ad placements.

Market Analysis & Creative Development

  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify emerging strategies.
  • Utilize Meta Ad Library and ad spy tools to research and replicate high-performing creatives.

Collaboration & Performance Tracking

  • Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to develop high-converting ad creatives.
  • Provide clear, detailed creative briefs to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing for e-commerce businesses with a track record of high return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
