Highly Experienced Software Delivery Lead Wanted

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Software Delivery Leader to drive high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Web Development technologies such as .NET, Java, PHP, Node, Angular, React, and Ruby on Rails.
The candidate should also possess strong project management skills with 4+ years of experience in delivering projects successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Assess project situations and make adjustments to team processes and project execution plans as needed.
- Set clear expectations with the delivery team, product team, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project status reports and take corrective action if necessary.
- Keep stakeholders informed about project progress.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Identify and remove blockers for team members.
- Analyze skill gaps and requirements within the team and implement appropriate actions to resolve them.
- Explore technology patterns and development practices to enhance the development process.
- Understand domain/functional knowledge and explain it to team members.
- Provide timely feedback and course correction on code, design, and functional review of the project.

- Proficient in at least one of the following software development frameworks: .NET, Java, PHP, Node, Angular, React, Ruby on Rails, or SQL databases.
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Source Controls (GitHub, BitBucket, GitLab), and version control systems.
