Senior Functional Consultant Opportunity

Gogh Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to deliver cutting-edge industry solutions in the Field Service Management industry.

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects (SA) and other Consultants to create Solution Design Documents (SDD) by owning specific sections to completion.
  • Work closely with Technical Consultants to align IFS software with Solution Design Documents (SDD).
  • Align IFS Application with Customer business processes.
  • Run functional workshops to uncover and document requirements, and configure IFS applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Lead functional consultants and assist them to achieve their performance goals.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Strong industry knowledge within the Field Service Management space.
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant working with IFS FSM and/or IFS Cloud.
  • Experience in IFS App Gen or Aurena or IFS cloud.
  • Strong expertise in IFS Cloud modules, configurations, and integrations.
  • Practical experience of having gone through at least 2 IFS implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Management/Computer Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Mathematics or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to identify business opportunities for clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills to collaborate with clients on contract terms, scope, and pricing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage client relationships effectively.
