Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to manage public relations and client servicing for Entertainment clients.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, develop and implement monthly plans, strategize events and activities, and cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and bloggers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients with confidence and maturity.
  • Serve as the primary representative of the firm to clients, media, and vendor partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and media contacts.
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, ensuring you are fully informed on all relevant client details.
  • Handle media interactions, prepare pitch notes, and proactively monitor opportunities for client placements.
  • Review and finalize all client documentation, including press releases, plans, and reports, in collaboration with your supervisor.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all deadlines and client deliverables.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and insights through various channels.
  • Stay well-informed about industry developments that impact clients and use this knowledge to enhance client engagements.
