Job Summary

This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs, events, and workshops on behalf of our clients. As a single point of contact, you will work closely with customer stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all logistical arrangements. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate program logistics, including venue bookings, catering, and equipment setup
- Manage participant pre-work and post-event activities, ensuring timely completion and follow-up
- Collaborate with instructors and vendors to deliver high-quality training experiences
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote programs and drive client engagement

Requirements

- 1-4 years of experience in event coordination, corporate learning, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
