Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule training programs, events, and workshops.
- Manage logistical support, including venue booking and equipment setup.
- Communicate with instructors and vendors using written and spoken correspondence.
- Coordinate instructor dates and timings with training calendars.
- Arrange for training materials, manuals, hand-outs, and instructional aids.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in corporate learning or event coordination.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, organized, and adaptable manner.
- Proactive and able to troubleshoot and handle pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, and CRM tools.
