Job Description

The L&D Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and events across various formats (in-person, virtual, and hybrid). This includes managing training logistics, such as venue arrangements, technology setup, and material distribution. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with multiple personalities and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and events across various formats (in-person, virtual, and hybrid)">
  • Manage training logistics, including venue arrangements, technology setup, and material distribution">
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for trainers, participants, and stakeholders before, during, and after programs">
  • Track participant registrations, attendance, and engagement through learning management systems (LMS) or other platforms">
