The role of an Associate Manager is pivotal in driving process improvement and efficiency within the organization.

This position plays a key part in leading strategic projects that deploy techniques of definition, measurement, analysis, improvement, and control to achieve optimal outcomes.

The main goal of this position is to implement lean methods to improve efficiency and reduce waste by optimizing facility utilization, streamlining workflow, and collaborating with colleagues to design efficient workstations and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading multi-disciplined teams in addressing quality issues and executing systemic improvement projects
  • Tracking and reporting project results to ensure sustained improvements

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
  • 4-7 years of experience, with at least 3 years of LEAN & Six Sigma experience
  • Black Belt Certification is highly beneficial

Desirable skills for this position include:

  • Two years of experience leading Six Sigma projects
  • Proven team leadership skills and ability to influence others
