Our team is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive business process optimization and improvement.

As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate business processes that align with our company's strategic goals.

  1. Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate documentation of business processes, including procedures, guidelines, and best practices.
  3. Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  4. Provide analytical support to senior leadership, including data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, economics, data analytics, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, process design, project management, or related functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
