About ValGenesis: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Administrative Operations Manager to oversee administrative operations across our locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities and administrative management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $105,000 per annum based on location (Chennai) and industry standards.
As an Administrative Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing facilities management, vendor management, people and employee engagement, budgeting and compliance, and coordination and oversight for administrative operations across our locations. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilities Management: Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring a safe, functional, and efficient workspace.
- Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for various services, ensuring quality service delivery while optimizing costs.
- People and Employee Engagement: Partner with HR to facilitate employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations, ensuring employee satisfaction through regular feedback and improvement initiatives.
- Budgeting and Compliance: Prepare and manage budgets for facilities and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Coordination and Oversight: Coordinate with local teams to address administrative needs and challenges, providing updates to leadership on operational efficiencies and improvement plans.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in facilities and administrative management, preferably in a multi-location setup.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, office operations, and workplace safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage operations for a headcount of 450+ employees.
- Experience handling budgets, contracts, and compliance requirements.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating across teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
