Enterprise Storage Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary storage professional to oversee the development and execution of enterprise-wide storage strategies, focusing on high-performance, secure, and compliant solutions.

\

This role will support various business functions, including research and development, clinical trials, manufacturing, quality control, regulatory compliance, and enterprise applications.

\Key Responsibilities\

  2. Strategic Storage Planning: Develop and implement scalable, resilient storage architectures (SAN, NAS, object, cloud) that align with current and future business needs.\
  3. Technology Evaluation and Adoption: Assess new storage technologies to ensure alignment with business objectives.\
  4. Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cybersecurity teams to deliver integrated storage solutions.\
  5. Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards for data security, integrity, and privacy.\
  6. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Design and implement robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.\
  7. Vendor Management and Governance: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.\
  8. Storage Operations and Maintenance: Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of storage systems, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.\
  9. Capacity Planning and Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize storage capacity, reducing costs and improving efficiency.\
  10. Cloud Strategy and Migration: Develop and execute cloud strategy, migrating existing storage systems to cloud-based solutions where applicable.\
  11. Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security controls to protect sensitive data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.\
  12. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to meet changing business demands.\
  13. Communication and Reporting: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on storage-related projects and initiatives.\
