Delivering impactful AI solutions that drive real outcomes requires a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic vision. We are seeking an experienced system architect to lead the development of enterprise-scale AI systems using Microsoft's Azure and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data ingestion pipelines using Fabric Dataflows Gen2 or ADF, integrating with OneLake/ADLS for secure data storage.
  • Collaborate with our AI Builder team to expose curated datasets, implementing row-level security, semantic models, and DAX measures for enhanced data analysis.
  • Develop high-performance Power BI pages, including Market Map, Territory KPIs, and Workflow Status, leveraging optimized refresh and performance techniques.
  • Implement Onboarding/Termination workflows with Power Automate, incorporating forms, approvals, SLA timers, and immutable audit trails.
  • Orchestrate CSV in/out, secure storage, SAS/Managed Identity, and optional Logic Apps for downstream handoffs, ensuring seamless integration across the technology stack.
  • Configure security and governance controls, including Entra ID RBAC, Key Vault, Private Endpoints/VNET, and logging/alerts in Azure Monitor/Log Analytics.
  • Establish CI/CD processes with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for BI artifacts, Dataflows, and workflow assets, documenting runbooks and rollback procedures.
Requirements
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, particularly Azure (ADLS/OneLake, ADF/Fabric), Power BI (Dataflows, DAX, RLS, Incremental Refresh), Power Automate/Logic Apps, Entra ID, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.
  • Strong skills in data modeling and business intelligence, with experience in star schemas, semantic layer design, and DAX performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with integration technologies, including secure file drops, APIs, connectors, and gateways.
  • Security and governance mindset, with a focus on RBAC, secrets management, tenant policies, and audit logs.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Python/dbt engineers, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions with measurable impact.
