Enterprise Solutions Architect

We're seeking an accomplished solutions architect to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge, enterprise-scale initiatives.

  • Drive the development of complex applications across multiple technologies, including .NET, Java, Microservices, ReactJS, Databricks & Synapse

Our ideal candidate will possess 8-14 years of relevant experience and a strong background in software development. They will be able to drive Agile practices through the full SDLC and collaborate closely with product, delivery, and leadership teams to resolve challenges and deliver value.

We're looking for someone who can champion team well-being, inclusion, and a strong engineering culture and support onboarding, coaching, and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven expertise with .NET (latest versions), Java, ReactJS, REST APIs, SQL Server
  • Experience in Azure, CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube), containers, and test automation (Java/JavaScript, Selenium)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the following key areas:

  • Designing and implementing robust, scalable architectures
  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop and deploy complex applications
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-14 years of relevant experience in software development and architecture
  • A strong background in multiple programming languages, including .NET, Java, and JavaScript
  • Proven expertise in cloud computing platforms, such as Azure
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and version control systems, like Git
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
