Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Expert

The role of an Enterprise Solutions Expert involves the design and delivery of innovative solutions within a complex enterprise environment. As a seasoned professional with a strong background in architecture, you will be responsible for developing and delivering scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise-level solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in optimizing financial systems, partnering with key stakeholders, and leading initiatives to implement system enhancements. They will be able to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise technologies while aligning solutions to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise-level solutions that prioritize scalability, performance, and security.
  • Optimize financial systems and lead strategic enhancements across various modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Product Owners, IT Product Managers, Technical Architects, Compliance, and development/support teams.
  • Align product strategy and roadmap with organizational priorities by working closely with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and Workday updates for potential application within the organization.
  • Maintain deep expertise in Workday HCM and other Workday modules as well as related business applications.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Design end-to-end solution architectures that meet business needs.
  • Oversee and support integrations with external systems to ensure data consistency and security.
  • Provide expert-level support in configuration, optimization, and customization.
  • Define technical requirements and assist in creating epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Guide development teams, enforcing adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Explore and recommend use cases for emerging technologies relevant to Workday and enterprise architecture.
  • Stay up to date on Workday product enhancements and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 9 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in a Workday architecture role.
  • Proven expertise in Workday HCM and related modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday's security framework and business process configuration.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and design methodologies.
  • Workday certifications are required.
