ERP Manager Role

The organization seeks an experienced ERP manager to lead the implementation and management of enterprise resource planning systems.

This role involves overseeing technology risk management activities in ERP for the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance and managing user access privileges.

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for business transaction data processing to ensure data integrity and continuity.
  • Ensuring ERP user management access privileges and password.
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance for manufacturing processes.
  • Taking overall responsibility for technology risk management activities in ERP for manufacturing processes.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Configuring critical fields and validating them for manufacturing processes in plants.
  • Managing integrations between ERP and government portal APIs.
  • Customizing legal document output forms for PFI, e-Invoice copies, COA, and PO interfaces with customers and vendors.
  • Identifying high, medium, and low priority user issues in daily business processes.
  • Developing and implementing MIS reports for regulatory requirements and financial needs.
  • Assessing user issues that can be resolved through front-end or back-end solutions and involving service providers when necessary.
  • Securing transactions by configuring security settings to prevent backdated updates and unwanted user access based on user roles and access privilege levels.
  • Monitoring system implementations, support, analysis, application, data integration, and logical system security.
  • Ensuring ERP software is up-to-date with the latest builds for compliance with GST and TDS requirements, coordinating with service providers and consultants.
  • Troubleshooting technology issues.
  • Formulating overall strategies and policies for effective and efficient ERP processes.
  • Managing and maintaining all ERP business processes.
  • Purchasing, receiving, and accounting for ERP module upgrades to improve business processes.
  • Coordinating with plant IT teams and other departments for ERP implementation and support.
  • Building and managing stable, disciplined, and result-oriented teams with successful leadership.
  • Identifying training needs for team members and providing formal training, guidance, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Maintaining employee morale by creating a safe and efficient working environment.
Job Requirements:Key Skills:
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and technology risk management.
  • Experience in managing user access privileges and passwords.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance for manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive disaster recovery plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP management and technology risk management.
  • Professional certifications in ERP and ITIL are preferred.
