Job Summary

The Material Master Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting operational efficiency, product lifecycle management, and strategic decision-making across various supply chain functions.

  • Extend new material codes with HSN Code, Shipping point, planned price, standard cost for materials across India, ensuring seamless data integration.
  • Maintain high-quality material master data within SAP HANA to support informed business decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across procurement, finance, and production processes.
Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Master data maintenance for Material Master Data.
  • Utilizing SAP MDO Tool to create new codes VERP, ROH, HAWA for improved data quality.
  • Collaborating with Service now ticketing tool and MDO Tools for Workflow Testing for Mater Creation, extension, and Change.
  • Managing Material Master Change activity, Material Availability check in system, Material Stock Checking and stock transfer.
  • Performing Material Transferred by MIGO.
  • Training end users on Material Activities like creation, change, Extension.
  • Providing production data to create masters data, BOM, Routing, and WorkCentre through BDC Report.
  • Adhering to business exigency and supporting the business by working extended hours as required.
  • Preparing various MDM MIS and DASHBOARD on daily/weekly basis.
  • Meeting SLAs for respective activities.
  • Requiring experience in SAP ECC/HANA.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Expertise in SAP ECC/HANA.
  • Familiarity with service now ticketing tool and MDO Tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
