Bachelor of Education Faculty Role

We are seeking highly skilled and passionate educators to join our academic team as Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) Faculty members.

  • Teach B.Ed program courses according to curriculum guidelines.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods.
  • Guide students in academic projects, assignments, and research activities.
  • Conduct lectures, seminars, workshops, and tutorials effectively.
  • Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
  • Participate in curriculum development and academic planning initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship, academic counseling, and career guidance to students.
  • Engage in research, publications, and faculty professional development programs.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment and support student engagement.
  • Support institutional initiatives, accreditation, and quality improvement activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Masters Degree in Education with a minimum 55% marks.
  • NET/Ph.D. in Education preferred.
  • Minimum 2-15 years of teaching experience in a reputable institution.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Updated knowledge of pedagogical methods and teaching technology.
