As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for translating strategic business objectives into execution strategies that ensure products and services are delivered to the right market at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be involved in all phases of the product lifecycle, supporting activities from planning to execution. This includes leveraging research to articulate a vision/strategy, collaborating with other stakeholders and driving influence at the executive level, customer requirements gathering, technical prioritization, analysis of product features, and go-to-market support.
  • You will be responsible for driving the growth of our windows customer satisfaction by looking into opportunities to improve our customer journeys and experiences based on data insights. You will drive features and initiatives that increase awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in Computer Science/product/service/project/program management OR software development OR equivalent experience
  • Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong empathy for customers and be able to understand what is preventing them from getting things done fast and easily on their Windows PCs. By connecting with customers, you can determine what needs to be changed or fixed in a product to improve customer satisfaction and happiness.
