Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Health Economics Associate with a strong background in analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex results to internal stakeholders. This role involves providing consultation on all aspects of internal database analytics and evidence synthesis, as well as executing studies/analyses by SAS based on claim database, EMR database, registry data and public used files.

Responsibilities include generating high quality deliverables such as data tables, graphs, charts, study reports, developing mock table shells, preparing specifications, ensuring quality control on analyses conducted by junior programmers, effectively managing and tracking studies/analyses to ensure timelines are met, communicating research findings internally and externally, contributing to the continuing education of relevant line functions on RWE methodologies.

  • Providing expert-level statistical analysis and interpretation of observational database analytics
  • Executing RWE studies/analyses using SAS and other programming languages
  • Developing high-quality reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum MS in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, health economics and outcomes research, health policy, or similar
  • At least 2 years' hands-on experience in observational data studies
  • Professional programming skills with SAS, SQL, and R (plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and study management skills
