Job Title Realtime Data Analyst Company Road Shield Pvt Ltd Location Anand Head Office Experience 3 Years Educational Qualification Diploma B E B Tech in Civil Engineering Salary As per experience and performance in the interview Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Realtime Data Analyst to act as the communication bridge between our project sites and the head office The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering real-time updates on site progress escalating issues to the respective teams for resolution and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of project status Key Responsibilities Call and connect with all project sites daily to collect real-time updates on work progress and status Track project milestones site activities and immediate requirements from the field Identify and escalate issues or bottlenecks to the concerned teams Billing Purchase Transport or Project Management for quick resolution Maintain accurate data records in Excel and prepare daily weekly reporting dashboards Draft professional emails reports and summaries for internal and client communication Act as a communication link between site engineers project managers and head office teams Ensure transparency and consistency in data collection reporting and escalation Support management in decision-making by providing timely and reliable data insights Key Competencies Skills Strong communication skills Verbal Written in Hindi and English Odia is an added advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Excel data management and reporting tools Excellent telephone and email communication etiquette Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and resolve issues effectively Good understanding of construction site operations and technical terminology Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and handle multiple site updates simultaneously Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
