About the Role - Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends that drive strategic decisions. - Build, maintain, and optimize databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. - Design dashboards and generate reports for business stakeholders. - Apply statistical methods and visualization tools to communicate findings in a clear, actionable manner. - Identify opportunities for process optimization and improved data collection methods. - Stay updated with industry best practices in data analytics and reporting. - Provide guidance and support to teams on data tools and analytics practices. Skills & Qualification - Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis. - Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail. - Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). - Knowledge of statistical methods and database management systems. - Critical thinking and problem-solving to derive actionable insights. - Strong communication skills to explain data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. - 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles. - Hands-on experience in database management and working with structured/unstructured data.
