AI/ML and Predictive Analytics Expert – Pharma Commercial Analytics

We are seeking an accomplished professional with expertise in predictive analytics and AI/ML who specializes in pharma commercial analytics. This role involves establishing and leading a capability center in India, working in close collaboration with onsite stakeholders to transition advanced analytics projects from the US to India.

Job Description

As an AI/ML and Predictive Analytics Expert, you will be responsible for executing advanced secondary data analytics projects to address diverse business challenges, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute advanced secondary data analytics projects to address diverse business challenges.
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring complex analytics are translated into clear business strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharma Commercial Analytics.
  • Specializations in patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data, brand performance analytics and reporting, marketing analytics (preferred), therapeutic expertise in Oncology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Brands.
  • Technical skills in Python, R, or SQL (Python preferred).
