Senior Business Intelligence Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Intelligence Expert to support the Chief Financial Officer's office of a European private equity client. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the activity dashboard for various group activities and ensuring proper allocation among team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and optimize the activity dashboard for efficient resource allocation.
  2. Monitor requests from communication channels and allocate ad-hoc tasks effectively.
  3. Coordinate with teams to gather information and communicate status updates to the client team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Three to five years of experience in financial statement consolidation under IFRS.
  • Ability to understand group structure and review relevant consolidation adjustments.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate variances between actual and budgeted operating expenses.
  • Review results of transaction reconciliations in Intercompany, control accounts, Bank, and other areas.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint; VBA programming skills an asset.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with business software applications like SAP, business dynamics, and others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid passport.
  • Willingness to work from our Bangalore office.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
