As a Leadership Development Trainee, you will be an integral part of our Marketing Team.

  • You will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, consumer insights, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and social media content.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to track key metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including report writing, data entry, and project coordination.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs to build your leadership and technical skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in MBA, MCS, BCA, MCA, or BCS is preferred.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in marketing, internships, or relevant projects.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new marketing tools and software.
  • Personal Attributes: A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
