About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Professional to join our team. This role involves creating compelling content and managing social media presence to boost brand awareness, engagement, and drive inbound leads.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation:
    • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to shape content strategy.
    • Develop engaging written and visual content such as blogs, newsletters, case studies, email campaigns, and website copy.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and tone of voice.
    • Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) and conversion goals.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Plan, create, and schedule posts across various social media platforms.
    • Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all channels.
    • Monitor trends and run campaigns to improve reach and engagement.
    • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships within relevant micro-communities.
  • Campaigns & Growth:
    • Support campaigns tied to events, webinars, or business initiatives.
    • Partner with the design team to create visually appealing content.
    • Experiment with innovative formats to generate awareness and leads.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track performance metrics using analytics tools.
    • Provide regular reports on engagement, reach, growth, and conversions.
    • Recommend improvements based on data insights.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling narratives.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, social media trends, and engagement strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools.
  • Creative, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and deliver on deadlines.
