Lead - Digital Marketing

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Strategy Development: Create and implement a cohesive digital marketing plan aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  2. Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant keywords and target phrases.
  3. On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking, for better search engine visibility.
  4. Technical SEO: Ensure the technical health of the website, including website speed, mobile-friendliness, and proper XML sitemaps and Robots.txt.
  5. Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content that resonates with the target audience.
  6. Link Building: Develop and implement effective link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
  7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, training, and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
