Job Description:

As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining a healthy product backlog, ensuring consistent adoption of organizational standards, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

  • Communicate regularly on OKRs, product roadmap, planned development, upcoming releases, and areas requiring leadership's attention
  • Use data to define baselines, measure outcomes, share insights, order backlog items, etc.
  • Define and maintain a healthy backlog, operating consistently in adopting organizational standards and presents the backlog items with squads and external team members
  • UX, Technology, Vendors, Risk, Compliance, Security Influences leaders, squads and peers on product strategy, roadmap items, OKRs and upcoming releases
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus 3 years of experience in Product Management/Delivery (e.g., product analyst, user researcher, product owner, etc.)
  • Or, 5+ years of equivalent Product Management/Delivery experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile Product Management tools
  • Strong knowledge/expertise of product domain, including business model, constraints, regulations, user experiences, etc.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities with promptness, efficiency, and ease
  • Proficient relationship building skills, including capacity to predict and manage behavior, build and leverage cross-functional partnerships within and outside the organization
