Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Lead to spearhead the development of our blockchain innovation product in the FinTech space.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our product, from conception to final release. This includes overseeing the development and deployment of our blockchain-based solution, ensuring it meets the complex needs of our business partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative blockchain products
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to scope and build features
  • Develop and track critical metrics to measure the success of our product in the market
  • Ensure high standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement are adhered to throughout each phase of product development, review, and adoption
  • Partner with leads on feature-related project priorities, milestones, and delivery dates

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in building, scaling, and delivering highly successful and innovative financial systems
  • Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment
  • Analytical and data-driven in decision making
  • Self-driven with a high sense of ownership and urgency
  • Can clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results to a spectrum of audiences
  • Has good understanding of technology and can wear business hat when required
