Project Director Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Direct and oversee all aspects of high-rise building projects from inception to completion.
  • Team Management: Effectively manage and lead the construction team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, local authorities, and regulatory bodies, fostering strong relationships and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop, monitor, and enforce project schedules and budgets, guaranteeing timely and cost-effective completion of construction activities.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle by overseeing inspections, testing, and quality control processes.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays, cost overruns, and quality issues.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations, conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence. Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients, addressing any challenges or delays promptly and proposing corrective actions.
