Job Opportunity: Senior Counsellor

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Counsellor to provide impartial advice to students considering studying abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expertise to shortlist universities based on course, rankings, specialization, location preference, and financial ability of the student/parent.
  • Offer accurate and clear information about studying abroad to students with passion and dedication.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential - written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills are required.
  • Prior experience in counseling students is mandatory, preferably from the study abroad sector.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records at all times in the CRM system.
  • Represent the company in webinars, seminars, and virtual counseling sessions via Zoom and Google meet.
  • Be flexible and willing to adjust working hours to suit the needs of the organization.
