**Job Title:** Senior Manager IP

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Intellectual Property team in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong business focus, strategic thinking, and excellent leadership skills.

This role involves working on a wide variety of Intellectual Property matters, including product clearance, patent filing and prosecution, patent litigation, and licensing/due diligence. The Senior Manager will work closely with Portfolio, R&D scientists, and Regulatory Affairs teams to identify products, devise and manage product development strategy, and provide IP-related inputs to support legal agreements and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the growing IP portfolio of the company.
  • Enforce IP processes to ensure optimal and timely protection of intellectual property and third-party partner interests.
  • Work closely with Global IP Head, Research and Development, and Portfolio teams to identify products, devise and manage product development strategy, and provide IP-related inputs to support legal agreements and negotiations.
  • File and prosecute inventive solutions to build significant wealth of intellectual property, monitor and evaluate third-party scientific and patent publications, and provide IP-related inputs to support legal agreements and negotiations.
