Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity leader to head our Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a team of security analysts and penetration testers, drive the development and execution of VAPT strategies aligned with business objectives, and play a key role in shaping our organization's security posture.

This leadership role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, experience with industry-standard tools and methodologies, and excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex security issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of security analysts and penetration testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive VAPT strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring the effective identification and remediation of vulnerabilities across IT systems, networks, applications, and cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and business teams, to identify, evaluate, and remediate vulnerabilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and procedures.
  • Analyze security risks and provide actionable recommendations to improve the organization's security posture, prioritizing vulnerabilities based on risk analysis and potential business impact.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, preparing detailed reports, executive summaries, and risk assessments for stakeholders, and maintaining documentation related to VAPT processes, findings, and remediation activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as OSCP, CEH, CISSP, or GIAC are highly desirable.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with VAPT methodologies, tools, and security frameworks.
  • Strong background in network security, application security, cloud security, and risk management.
Skills
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and team coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of security protocols, encryption, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.
  • Ability to communicate complex security issues to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
