Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned QA professional to lead and mentor our QA team, drive quality standards, and contribute to the growth of our platform.

  • Define and implement quality standards and best practices for the QA team.

  • Design and execute test automation strategies for regression and performance testing.

  • Establish and maintain QA processes across Web, Mobile, Backend, and Infrastructure.

  • Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development.

  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes.

Requirements:

  • MSc/BSc in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience.

  • 5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack.

  • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript.

  • Experience testing Web, Mobile, and Backend.

  • Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6, or similar).

  • Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing.

Bonus Points:

  • Infrastructure testing experience (Kubernetes, Docker).

  • Mobile automation testing expertise.

  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.

  • Load and stress testing experience.

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience with test management tools.
